Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE) is the
international computer science honor society. The UPE was founded in 1967
for the promotion of high scholarship and original investigation in
Computer Science. It now has 160 active chapters throughout the
world and total membership of 17,000
The Mu chapter of New York at Queens College was officially chartered on May 28, 1997. Thirteen students and three faculty were installed.
